Message	towards the bottom of the panel, without removing the screw holding the top in, as it is currently inaccessible. This will give you enough access to the two bolts holding the top of the door panel in. If you replace just the motor, make sure you use Philips #3 bit, as anything less will strip the screw holding the motor in.
